A Rounded Mint for Relaxed Moments

To open, a balanced mint flavor arrives, crisp at the front yet rounded rather than sharp.

Cooling lands at a medium level, so you feel refreshed without an intense, icy rush across the gums and tongue.

A soft sweetness supports the mint, giving it a mellow, comfortable character from start to finish.

Instead of peaking hard, the freshness builds gradually, then holds a steady level for most of the session.

Because nothing feels aggressive, many adults enjoy it during quiet evenings, long reads or slow weekend mornings.

It also fits well after meals, when you want freshness without a strong, biting chill.

The name suggests a softer take than the regular Mint can, so it suits people who dislike sharp flavors.

Overall, it delivers easy, everyday freshness for adults who want mint without any sharp edges or drama.

Plus, you can shop more mint nicotine pouches in one place.

Why 3 mg Fits a Smooth Flavor

With 3 mg per pouch, this can sits in our Light tier, matching the mellow flavor.

As a result, it works for newer adult users and for anyone who prefers a calm pouch.

The figure on the can, 3 mg, already refers to each pouch rather than to a gram.

Calculated by weight, the concentration lands near 9.5 mg per gram across a 0.32-gram pouch.

Remember that many European listings show per-gram numbers, so always check per pouch before comparing.

If you want a firmer feel later, the 6 mg Smooth Mint doubles the dose per pouch.

Meanwhile, some regular users keep this light can on hand for evenings or slower days.

For pacing, start with one pouch for around 20 minutes and see how the feel settles before your next.

How to Use a Nicotine Pouch

1. First, wash your hands and take one pouch from the can.
2. Next, tuck it between your upper lip and gum.
3. Then expect a light tingle as the nicotine starts to release.
4. Keep it in for about 20 to 45 minutes, or until the flavor fades.
5. Never chew or swallow the pouch.
6. Finally, drop the used pouch in the lid compartment or wrap it and bin it.

Tip: alternate sides of your mouth to keep things comfortable.

Side-by-Side Comparison

Product	Strength	Flavor	Pouches/can	Format

White Fox Mint	3 mg	Mint	20	Slim
ZYN EU Apple Mint	3 mg	Apple Mint	20	Mini
SYX Spearmint	2.8 mg	Spearmint	20	Slim

ZYN EU Apple Mint brings fruit into the mix at 3 mg, while this can keeps mint smooth and simple.

SYX Spearmint at 2.8 mg leans sweeter and gum-like, whereas this pouch stays balanced and crisp.
