Habanero Warmth Meets Cool Mint

The mint shows up first, fresh and cool, much like a regular mint pouch.

Then the habanero kicks in, bringing a gradual warming sensation along the gum and lip.

As a result, you feel warm and cool at the same time, an unusual contrast that keeps each session interesting.

The heat builds rather than spikes, so it rarely feels harsh in the first minutes.

Midway through, the chili warmth peaks while the mint keeps the experience from feeling heavy.

Toward the end, a pleasant tingle lingers, with the mint fading slightly before the heat does.

Adults who find plain mint boring often reach for this when they want something more interesting.

However, if you dislike spice, the Smooth Mint or Fresh Spearmint cans make better choices.

The 12.5 mg Level and Who It Fits

This can provides about 12.5 mg of nicotine per pouch, which places it in our Extra Strong tier.

Some European shops list it as roughly 19.9 mg/g, which counts nicotine per gram.

Since each slim pouch weighs about 0.63 grams, that converts to about 12.5 mg per pouch.

This strength suits regular users who already handle 9 to 11 mg pouches without trouble.

Combined with the habanero heat, the tingle can feel more pronounced than the number suggests.

Meanwhile, the Hyper Strong version of this flavor reaches about 15.6 mg for high-tolerance users.

So this can serves as the more measured way to enjoy the same hot mint profile.

Start with 15 to 20 minute sessions, then extend them once you know how the heat and nicotine combine.

Quick How-To Guide

1. Take one pouch out of the can.
2. Then slide it under your top lip, between lip and gum.
3. Next, let the tingle build; this is how the nicotine reaches you.
4. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 45 minutes.
5. Avoid swallowing the pouch at all times.
6. Afterward, put the used pouch in the waste lid or a trash can, never on the ground.

Also, if the tingle feels too strong, move the pouch slightly or take it out early.

Side-by-Side Comparison

So how does it compare? The table below lines it up with similar picks.

Product	Strength	Flavor	Pouches/can	Format
LOOP Habanero Mint (this can)	12.5 mg	Habanero Mint	20	Slim
Aroma Essence Spearmint	13 mg	Spearmint	20	Slim
DOPE Ice Cool	11.2 mg	Ice Cool	22	Slim
Killa Exclusive Green Mint	12.8 mg	Exclusive Green Mint	20	Slim

Aroma Essence Spearmint sits close at 13 mg, but it offers pure mint without any chili warmth.

DOPE Ice Cool runs slightly lower at 11.2 mg and focuses on cold, whereas this can adds real heat.

Killa Exclusive Green Mint lands at 12.8 mg, so pick it for mint alone and this can for hot mint.
